I gave only five star rating because seven stars wasn't available! A diamond of an immaculate storage facility with world class security. I recommended that they expand to have an apartment complex next store- I would be the first in line for a place! This place is the real deal for storage.
MJ was fantastic. In all the craziness of moving, she made the storage aspect easy & pleasant. She was helpful over the phone and again in person. The facility is clean and well-lit. The size we needed was available as promised.
Rented a unit here and had an extremely professional, courteous and efficient experience. Crystal took care of everything and did a terrific job. MJ was kind and helpful and Constance made sure all the paperwork went smoothly. This is what an excellent customer service experience looks like. I highly recommend this location due to the people and the icing is its also a brand new facility, modern, secure and ultra clean.
The staff is very professional and pleasant to work with. The facility is very well kept. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone in the area.
