After renting, you will receive a link via text where you will be invited to download the Storage Smart Entry app and log in to your account.
The username will initially be your phone number, and the password will be the six-digit PIN that was texted to you.
Once logging in, create your own username and password.
Be sure to allow Bluetooth and Location use, which are required for the mobile app to work.
Your app allows you to use facility doors, elevators, and your storage unit. To open a door, tap "unlock" in your app for the specific door that you are near.
Follow these steps to gain access to your storage unit:
Open the Storage Smart Entry app and walk up to your unit.
Make sure the app has access to WiFi or cellular signal, bluetooth permission enabled & turned on, and location services permission enabled.
In Bluetooth range, tap the LED light on the Nokē smart lock to “wake” it up. The unit icon on your app will then be highlighted.
Tap the highlighted icon in the app to open the door or entry point.
Slide the latch open. Now you can open your unit!
Sharing access with a trusted friend or family member has never been easier. Send them a digital key through the Storage Smart Entry mobile app.
Share access by entering the desired users' phone number into the app.
You can give them access for a limited time or indefinitely!
You can remove their access at any time.
